Allium Sativum or garlic rich with antioxidants that can enhance our immune system and also the heart. The active component is called allium and it is produced when the garlic is chopped, chewed, or bruised.
Apart from that, garlic is a powerful antibiotic and study also stated that it can reduce blood cholesterol level.
C’mon, let add some garlic into our meals!

My first attempt to make a night trail effect from inside a moving car.
I went out just now and saw the beautiful full moon behind those scanty clouds. Such a beautiful scene and I couldn’t resist to reach my D60 and take a few snaps. This is my first try, tho. I used 18-55mm lens. Help me to improve.
